Do you want to make a change? Are you someone who is energized, enthusiastic, and enjoys giving high-quality treatment to patients?

This is your place of business! We have fantastic doctors and a fantastic team! Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., the office is open. Overview of the Personal Insurance Account Manager

Reports To: This varies depending on the region.

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for AUIB customer support and service.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Perform customer service responsibilities such as policy modifications, new business, claims, and billing concerns in order to serve clients.
Use a variety of insurance companies and have a thorough understanding of their policies and offerings.
Customers should be educated about policy coverage in order to make informed judgments.
Through creative issue solutions, build trusting relationships with clients.
Conduct a review of client accounts to determine if any coverage gaps exist.
Cross-sell the Insurance Agency’s or Credit Union’s extra products.
Assist with other tasks as needed.


Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A Property/Casualty license is required.
Not enough creditable experience in lieu of education Applicable.


Technology skills include Microsoft Office products and an interactive phone system. Understanding of agency management systems, especially AMS 360. Strong sales, customer service, and organizing skills are required. Ability to operate alone and as part of a team with minimal supervision.


Account Manager for Personal Insurance I require six months of experience as a Personal Insurance Customer Service Representative or one year of experience in an insurance-related profession. It is preferable to enroll in a health insurance scheme, such as CISR, CIC, or another. Must be able to demonstrate an awareness of Agency operations and master allocated responsibilities.
